The O2 Centre is a retail and leisure scheme with a 12 screen Vue cinema, Virgin Active gym and restaurants including Byron Burgers, Zizzi, Yo! Sushi, Rosso Pomodoro and Wagamama. The centre is anchored by Sainsbury’s. Other retail tenants include Habitat, Waterstones and a 43,000 sq. ft. Homebase store.
We secured 9 fantastic new brands in 2013 as the first stage of a strategic plan to position O2 Finchley as the premier retail, restaurant and leisure centre in NW3. Three new restaurants will be opening in the old Wetherspoons unit located on the first floor. New retail lettings, focused on the affluent target demographic, along with a re-vamped restaurant quarter showcasing exciting concepts, have set the tone for a vibrant destination for our discerning customer base.
Our future plans include expanding the retail offer.
Located in an affluent and culturally diverse area, the O2 Centre is ideally positioned on Swiss Cottage’s main high street Finchley Road. With Hampstead and Highgate to the north, and St John’s Wood and Camden to the south, Finchley Road is a convenient hub for the affluent consumer.
Over 70% of residents of the Finchley Road Catchment are classified as Affluent Achievers or Rising Prosperity.¹
The O2 Centre is only 15 minutes from Central London and has excellent public transport links with 30 million commuters arriving or departing from 4 tube and rail stations within a 10 minute walking distance.
