Westwood Cross acts as the Town Centre for the Thanet region. The pedestrianised arcade provides a vast array of retail, leisure and dining to the north east Kent population.
There is an extensive retail offer at the Park including Debenhams, M&S, Topshop, Boots, Next, New Look, TK Maxx and River Island, with a 70,000 sq ft Primark opening in Autumn 2012. This is further enhanced by the leisure operators which include a Vue multiplex cinema, a 20,000 sq ft casino and a Travel Lodge hotel. With a number of dining options including Nando’s and ASK, the Retail Park is an exceptional retail and leisure destination.
Westwood Cross attracts significantly higher levels of the wealthy ACORN groups Affluent Greys, Aspiring Singles, Secure Families and Settled Suburbia than regional and national averages. The catchment spends an average of £216.6 million per year on comparison goods and a further £48.8 million on catering.1
The park is easily accessed by bus, train and car, with a large 1,500 space car park, and draws over 4.5 million visitors annually.
